
Junior Taekwondo (6 to 12)
Children benefit both physically and mentally from the training of Taekwondo, all in a safe and fun environment. Physically, Taekwondo promotes strong muscles, improved cardiovascular functioning, increased flexibility and improved coordination. These skills, often attained quickly in children, inspire confidence in the young students. With increased self-confidence and self-esteem, children’s attitudes change for the better, and their self-discipline improves, both at home and school.
Our Children’s programs are designed to develop and strengthen your child by building character, confidence, and self-control. The desire to learn increases, as does motivation and effort. When a child discovers leadership ability, through the continued practice of Taekwondo, s/he will have a positive mental attitude and a “Yes I Can” winning habit that will follow her/him through life.


Little Tiger Taekwondo (3 to 6)
Little Tigers program curriculum is designed for young children from age 3 1/2 to 6 years olds to have fun, learn, and enjoy martial arts.
The young children in the early stages of development need special attention for qualities such as basic motor skills, balance development, and good flexibility. While developing these important qualities, the Little Tigers Program will also teach children to concentrate, focus, and increase their self-confidence.
Through the Little Tigers Program, the children will also learn the proper manners, etiquettes, proper attitude, and most importantly, learning the ability to control themselves.
Adult Taekwondo (13+)
The adult Taekwondo program is for young adults and adults from the age 13 to up. Adult Taekwondo program strive to help you gain mastery of body and mind through the practice of Taekwondo, whatever your age or fitness level. Our highly experienced Instructors are there to help you every step of the way. Developing strength, stamina, flexibility and confidence make life more enjoyable. The training and discipline inspire positive changes in all areas of life. Old habits fade away as motivation to live life more fully increases. One obvious benefit of Taekwondo is achieving a fit body, slimming down as needed, looking and feeling younger. Another plus is the practical self-defense techniques you will learn. Add to that stress reduction and inner well being, and it is no wonder why Taekwondo is the best all around fitness choice for men and women. Remember, you are never too old to begin improving your life through the martial arts of Taekwondo.

Family Taekwondo (All Ages)
Our family Taekwondo program is a great for the kids and their families to bond while learning discipline, flexibility, kicks, strikes, and various other things that are vital to Korean Martial Art. Another plus is the practical self-defense techniques you will learn. Add to that stress reduction and inner well being, and it is no wonder why Taekwondo is the best all around fitness choice for men and women. Remember, you are never too old to begin improving your life through the martial arts of Taekwondo.
